Released from prison after helping her oldest daughter obtain an illegal abortion, Frankie returns to her small, conservative hometown to regain custody. In a community filled with fear, Frankie must find allies willing to publicly defend her maternal capabilities.

Lullaby was developed at the 2025 Hamptons Screenwriting Lab with mentorship from Justin Kuritzkes (Challengers, Queer), Rachel Shukert (The Handmaid’s Tale, GLOW), and Dan Janvey (Nomadland, Beasts of the Southern Wild).

The script also advanced past the first round of the 2025 Sundance Development Lab and was a semi-finalist in the 2025 Nantucket Film Festival Tony Cox Screenplay Competition.
